Ökoehituse LLC has been successfully producing and constructing machined laminated and massive square log houses and timber frame houses (post&beam, pre-cut) since 1996. The strenghts of the company lie in high quality delivery kits of wooden houses to companies involved in sales and construction.
We build:
- Living Houses.
- Weekend Houses.
- Holiday and ski chalets, restaurants, smaller hotels, saunas, garages etc.
Ökoehituse LLC uses the trademark Ecobuild in foreign markets – the values we carry are high quality nature friendly construction from ecological materials.
Our manufacturing is based on modern fully automated CNC-machinery. We are using German made Hundegger K2 and Austrian Auer BL100A machines which make production fast and efficient and enable complicated techniques and solutions.
Each house is customized, constructed and erected in accordance with customer´s drawings. We are always a good and reliable partner for our customers, satisfying their requests and providing consultancy when necessary.
For more than 17 years we have produced and assembled wooden houses to Norway, Germany, Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine and of course to Estonia. Belonging into the Estonian Woodhouse Association assures international acknowledgment and accordance of standards for the company. Our long-term partner and holding company is Mountain Loghome LLC.
By further development of our existing know-how, by treating our customers with consideration and respect and providing them with top class technology at extremely fair prices, Ecobuild Ltd envisage outstanding prospects for the future.
Our maximum production capabilities are 100 log houses and 150 timber frame houses in a year. In total we have produced over 750 log and timber frame houses since 1996. Our production space lies on the area of 2000 m2 to which we can additionally use 1500 m2 of storage space.
Ökoehituse LLC has acquired a quality certificate for our log houses issued by Estonian Woodhouse Association – all of our log houses are produced according to the “Standards of Estonian Woodhouse Association for log houses.”
